She has never left and will always be!

Meetings will start with an embodied meditation practice upon which you'll be invited to do an individual process (leading you into deeper and subtler awareness within yourself, using somatic techniques) while the group practices holding space and being the witness.  

You will deepen and fine tune your felt sense of self, the other and the field, as you share and listen. The exponential healing as one person's process ripples into the oceanic presence of the group space is palpable.
