.......is unlike any I have ever experienced.  I have had a decent amount of “talk therapy” in the past, but Kaira’s approach is innovative, refreshing, extremely efficient and more therapeutic than anything I have ever experienced.  Her training is unique, heart-centered, full of wisdom, nurturing, and expressed through mindfulness and a beautiful and kind exploration of what is occurring at the somatic level.  Kaira is a brilliant, talented, beautiful healer and working with her has been a divine gift.
